These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of blacksillage.com (the "Site"), operated by Black Sillage ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Our services
Black Sillage is a cinematic advertising and marketing studio. The Site presents information about our work and services. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Black Sillage, which will control if it conflicts with these Terms.
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business-research purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, accessing it through automated means without permission, infringing the rights of others, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Some featured work may belong to its respective brand owners and is shown for portfolio purposes. The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and tools, for example booking, scheduling, or social media services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
